It’s a good time to get a retail job, as big chains are struggling to fill job vacancies, and are in some cases increasing hourly wages or offering hiring bonuses. If you’re shopping around for a gig, it’s also worth considering which chains offer the best employee discounts, as they can potentially add up to hundreds of dollars in savings each month for products you buy regularly.

Here’s a look at some of the best discounts out there for employees:

• Adidas: Employees qualify for a 50% discount on store items, per Glassdoor.
• Anthropologie: Store associates receive 40% off regular-priced apparel, accessories, and shoes and 25% off regular-priced home merchandise, purchased both in stores and online.
• Apple: Per Insider, Employees can get a 25% discount on computers, iPods, and iPads. Most Apple software is discounted 50%, and AppleCare comes with a 25% discount. After 90 days on the job, you can get $500 off the price of a Mac (except the Mini) or $250 off an iPad.
• Arby’s: Employees get 50% off meals, up to $10, any time.
• AT&T: Employees qualify for 50% off wireless products, including internet, as well as free TV cable packages, like DirectTV. Specialty channels like HBO and NFL Sunday Ticket are also free.
• Barnes & Noble: Employees receive 40% off of full-price books, magazines, and gift items, as well as food and drink from the in-store cafe. Toys are 30% off and music and movies, 20%.
• Chipotle: Chipotle employees get a free meal during their shift and 50% off after hours, per QSR Magazine.

• Sephora: According to Insider, employees at standalone Sephora stores receive 40% off Sephora Collection items and 20% off all other brands. Sephora employees at JCPenny locations qualify for 30% discount on Sephora Collection items.
• Urban Outfitters: Employees get 40% off on clothing, 25% off on home/apartment items, a $75 monthly subscription to the clothing-rental service Nuuly, and a 20% dining discount at select restaurants Sunday through Thursday.
• Vans: Employees get a discount of 50% off full-price product and 30% off sale items. Discounts of up to 50% are offered with other VF brands such as The North Face, Timberland, and more.
