How do you make an easy and healthy banana smoothie with no milk?

Bananas are great! I think everyone knows that. When they’re ripe, they’re sweet, delicious, creamy, soft, and filling! You know what’s not great? Milk. That sugary stuff that comes out of cows with big udders. Well, guess what? There’s a way to get all the good things about bananas without having to drink cow juice. In fact, here’s how to make a super-healthy Banana Smoothie that tastes like dessert, but doesn’t have any of the fat, carbs, or calories!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of fresh fruit (banana, apple, strawberries)

1 cup of lowfat vanilla yogurt (or plain), unsweetened

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 scoop protein powder (optional, but recommended)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender except frozen berries. Blend until completely combined. Add in frozen berries and blend again. If you want a thicker consistency, add ice cubes. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

The best part about this recipe is that if you use non-dairy yogurt instead of regular yogurt, you won’t even need to worry about lactose intolerance!

This is a great recipe if you’re looking for something to eat while watching TV. It’s perfect before bed or after work. It’ll give you some extra fiber and vitamins, plus a little protein for muscle building.

Ingredients

Bananas: 4-6 bananas

Water: 2 cups

Milk: 1 cup (or milk alternative)

Honey: 1/4 cup

Eggs: 1

Nutrition: Calories: 240, Fat: 11g, Carbohydrates: 34g, Fiber: 5g, Protein: 8g

To prepare, simply blend everything together in a blender and enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (stale ones work best)

1 cup of fresh orange juice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend together until smooth, pour into glass jar or bowl and enjoy! Add any spices or extras you wish. If you don’t have cinnamon, use vanilla extract instead.

1 small ripe banana

1 cup of milk

Mix ingredients, place in blender and blend. Enjoy!
