In fact, here’s how to make a super-healthy Banana Smoothie that tastes like dessert, but doesn’t have any of the fat, carbs, or calories!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of fresh fruit (banana, apple, strawberries)
1 cup of lowfat vanilla yogurt (or plain), unsweetened
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop protein powder (optional, but recommended)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender except frozen berries. Blend until completely combined. Add in frozen berries and blend again. If you want a thicker consistency, add ice cubes. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
The best part about this recipe is that if you use non-dairy yogurt instead of regular yogurt, you won’t even need to worry about lactose intolerance!

To prepare, simply blend everything together in a blender and enjoy!
